The patriot act undermines the privacy rights of american citizens. Also they give computers viruses.
Some of the facts that demostrate their is a problem with the Patriot act are violating the peoples privacy rights. Using the "sneak and peek" warrants are even used for minor crimes, and not for terror crimes. So they are mis-using tha act and not using it for what it was intended for. It can also lead to guilt by provision. It also expands the government's ability to search private property without notice to the owner.
